1. The landlord adds the home

Describe the apartment, rooms and inventory, upload photos and ownership documents. An auditor checks on site that the listing matches reality.

2. The move-in inspection

The auditor checks every room with the landlord and tenant present: doors, windows, floors, appliances, meters, keys. Photos are taken only in the app and cryptographically linked.

3. During the tenancy

The tenant uploads payment proofs, reports problems and asks permission for changes. The landlord visits only on dates the tenant accepted.

4. Move-out and deposit

The move-out inspection is compared automatically with move-in. Deductions are based on documented differences; if you cannot agree, a mediator decides.
