About inspections
What does the auditor check?
Every room: doors, windows, floors, walls, sockets, heating, hot and cold water, drains, appliances, furniture, meters and keys. Photos are taken for every item.
How do I know the photos were not edited?
Photos can only be taken with the in-app camera, on site. The server records time and location, and every photo is cryptographically linked to the previous one. Any change is detected.
How long does an inspection take?
Between 45 and 90 minutes for a two-room apartment, depending on the inventory.
Renting and deposit
How is the deposit settled?
After the move-out inspection, the landlord proposes any deductions, linked to problems in the report. The tenant accepts or opens a dispute, decided by a mediator.
Must the contract be registered with ANAF?
Yes. Landlords must register the rental contract with ANAF within 30 days. The platform reminds them and keeps the proof.
